Arriving to a new country was pretty nerve racking for me. I easily get sick even through the slightest cross contamination. As we drove into Tamardino from Liberia, Shaka caught my eye. We went there the next day and I was VERY impressed. You don’t even get this quality of GF food in the states. Very tasty, fresh like farm to table. The ladies working listened to my other allergies and made sure I was good to go. Some items are made with almond flour and some rice flour. So make sure to ask about that too if you have another allergy or sensitivity.
I got the beef lasagna. Sooooo good!
