Review of Shake-A-Salad

The food was delicious! I had wings, but they had salads and rice bowls available too. The owner was informative and hopped up quickly when he heard I had a Celiac. He told me his Asian sauces have coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. Anything he was unsure about he whipped out the ingredients to reassure my safety. Above and beyond!!
