Review of Shake Shack

New location just opened up and they offer gluten free buns. We tried to order a specialty burger and they let me know that one of the ingredients had gluten and we could take it out if we wanted. I was able to swap it out for another option. The fries are unfortunately not GF but appreciated that they were so accommodating to our needs.
