We had a late flight and all the restaurants by the hotel closed at 8. Stumbled upon Shake Shack. Employee understood gluten free and asked if I was allergic. Knew the sauce was gluten free but said not to eat the fries as they are in a shared fryer. They offered a gf bun but I got a lettuce wrap. I’m celiac and had no problems.
