The owner/Innkeeper simply couldn't be more accommodating or friendly. :-) She had Pamela's baking mix, and when we declined the pancake special, because we're gluten free, she cheerfully announced that whipping up a fresh batch of GF pancakes would only take a minute. Bless her! The pancakes were light and fluffy- she said replacing some of the water called for with seltzer was the secret. **Note** they only do breakfast, and only for guests, but if you're going to Tanglewood, stay here!
