Very unique and delicious craft hawaiian bbq! Awesome service and consistency. All plates are served with steamed and seasoned rice, and a fresh field greens salad. The entire menu is virtually gluten free which is amazing considering the many food options available. Shane (the chef owner) informed me that all items are fried using coconut flour. There are only two menu items that have gluten (Hawaiian macaroni salad, and pineapple pudding). The food is truly amazing and you won’t be disappointed...plus they also just opened a 100% gluten free chicken wing truck called Wingman that is parked right next to Shaneboy’s.
