Food was good but I was sick before I even left the restaurant.
Awesome experience. First time I’ve had wings since being diagnosed. We had wings and pizza. The owner Tonya took care of us. Her mother in law has celiac so she is super educated on the whole thing. Made sure the wings were baked on a separate sheet. Pizza was rice crust but they also have a cauliflower crust option. They had 3 ciders and 3 hard kombucha to choose from if you want alcohol.
We’ll be back.
Came back 2nd time 11-2-24.
Owner wasn’t there. Waiter was a little unsure of celiac and protocols which made me a little nervous. But I had the buffalo wings. Tasted great. They baked them for me as requested. Had the surfer dog pizza on gluten free crust. Two hard kombuchas. No problems. Almost a better test not having the owner there. Good to see the kitchen could handle it without the owners supervision.
The pizza was good. But they had no beer or cider on tap that was gluten-free. Good spot to eat quick, but the drinks did lack.

Shane’s is an amazing local pizza restaurant! Their gluten-free crust is one of the best I’ve had! We order the chicken pesto pizza the first time we visited and it’s so delicious I can’t bring myself to order a different pizza! We LOVE this place! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about gluten-free needs!
