Review of Shane's Rib Shack

We went here last week because they offer gluten free. The cashier/waitress assured me that they take gf seriously, but the new cook didn't have a clue. I should have walked out when she went to the back to show him how to prepare my meal. I started feeling I'll while I was eating and immediately pushed the plate away. Three days of pain, I won't go back.
