The food was very good! We had 3 meat and vegetable dishes and a separate dish that was a green Chinese vegetable with fresh garlic. We had lots of vegetables and fried rice with organic, gluten free soy sauce.
The menu isn’t labeled but anything not fried can be made gluten free.
We also requested no corn starch in the sauce as well. So it was gluten free, dairy free and corn free.
I went in and talked with the owner. They have organic and gluten free soy sauce so they can make any non-fried meal gluten free. Lots of protein options, rice noodles and lots of vegetables. They have dedicated kitchen space and she understands about cross contamination. It looks clean and I can’t wait to try it!
