If you are coeliac, please talk directly to the chef. The first day I made the mistake of walking around the food stations within the restaurant trying to explain to staff and work out what was gluten free myself. Oce I’d talked to the chef, it was smooth sailing from there on. Unlimited options of coeliac food. Highly recommend this place and the chef!

We stayed at the Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa in Singapore for a week and I got amazing gluten-free breakfast and dinner everyday. The staff was very helpful and the chef came out and spoke to me every day and asked what I would like - no menu but I could just wish for anything or get some tips from him. They took it very seriously and cooked amazing gluten free banana pancakes for breakfast and all kind of Asian dishes for dinner. I thought that I was going to struggle and be hungry a lot but instead each dinner was exciting and I was always full and happy. Really recommend this place!
