The staff we spoke to was so nice, she explained that most items could be made gluten free. So good to find another place that understands the needs of gf community!

They can make anything that isn't breaded gluten free, you just have to ask! They take it very seriously and are incredibly friendly. I am gluten intolerant but my boyfriend's brother is celiac and has never been glutened by them.
