I had to ask a ton of questions but I was able to eat safely - make sure you tell them to use fresh water if you are sensitive to cross contamination and don’t eat anything fried. Vermicelli bowl with shrimp was tasty

When I asked about the gf items the waitress said the pho noodles were cooked in the same water as the flour noodles so not quite sure what is Celiac safe…lots of things labelled gf but upon further digging were cross contaminated.
