Complete chance on who you get I guess based on other reviews. When I asked about gluten free very rude waitress told me "I have no idea, I guess" I chose not to order, my husband who is not gf got a wrap however wait staff spoke bad about my question & decision not to order within earshot, complaining & mocking me so they obviously don't take GF seriously.

very celiac friendly: let them know you have celiac. They change gloves, gf wraps are not in the same area as gluten ones. if you want a panini, they change the foil on the grill. all soups are gluten free. We ordered the sausage and lentil and the green chili corn chowder soups, yummy. The teas are very good as well. They can make gf cheesecake if you order a whole cheesecake at least a day (24hrs) ahead of time. gf cheesecake are not normally available on a walk in basis. We will definately go there again when in Prescott! The staff are very friendly!
