Review of Shasta Pinnacle

I had the Pinnacle salad and it was absolutely delicious. The waitress was very helpful and happy to check if the soups of the day were GF. The GF labels on the menu were also helpful and they also offer Vegan entrees if that's something you desire. My husband (who doesn't order GF) and I both enjoyed our yummy meals. Would eat here again if ever back in Mt. Shasta.
