Review of Shaya Fusion Cuisine

This was gem of a place for my son with Celiac. It’s located in the Sugar Cane Train Food Truck Pod. Mediterranean cuisine. My son was able to get a shrimp plate that included rice, gluten free pita bread (!!), hummus and salad. We also got the Greek fries which were delicious and made in a dedicated fryer.
