They used to be more accommodating for gf. Last time we went the hostess told us they couldn’t make anything gf. We told her we had eaten there in the past successfully and we stupidly stayed. It took us 2.5 hours to be served and we could only sit outside. We watched as others who arrived after were served and left. I begged my family to leave as I was reacting to the unfiltered exhaust of all the golf carts that floor it as they leave the stop sign next to the patio. I’m pretty sure they just wanted us to go away but we ate and left. Such a disappointment. After years of raving about this place and recommending it we won’t be back.

They cook gluten free pasta in the same water as gluten pasta. They wouldn't use different water.

You HAVE to specify an allergy/celiac and beg to have them cook your GF rice sticks in a separate pot of water. They told me they usually boil in same water and would not accommodate us in the summer when really busy to boil seperate water. However my daughter’s favorite thing to eat EVER - so if willing to beg waitress worth it*** update this summer we called ahead and asked if they would boil water seperate before our party if & drove over. Got there and got everybody out of car and they said absolutely they could not . All of the pasta is boiled in same water ahead of time even GF pasta. UNSAFE!

We went tonight and were told they no longer will boil the gluten free pasta in separate water. Too bad. It looked good.

No cross contamination procedures at all. Cooks all pasta in same water. Will not accommodate celiac issues anymore. Has GF rice pasta, but not safe for any celiac.

They have rice pasta and will sub this if asked for any of the pasta dishes. The food was good - a little pricey but that’s to be expected for port-a.
This place has amazing food and such good service. The staff is very knowledgeable about the ingredients and the preparation. Our waitress actually saved me from ordering something unsafe! They have a gluten free pasta and all the sauces are gluten free (the Gorgonzola sauce is to die for!!!) and they can accommodate for seafood and meats to be gluten free. Highly recommend!
Yes
The GF pasta was a rice noodle and it was very good! I was able to get a GF DF meal with shrimp for $15.
They accommodated gluten free options for my daughter
Pasta and seafood. Our waitress was knowledgable on gluten-free items. They have two types of GF pasta that can be substituted for any pasta on the menu. I had the seafood pasta with the spiral GF pasta. The Alfredo sauce is also GF. The pasta and sauce were both good but could definitely use more seafood in it. Small place and friendly staff.
