I went here when I was on vacation here in Puerto Rico. They were really nice and made sure that I felt comfortable. They assured me that the food would be cooked in a separate area. I got an omelette and gluten free toast both were delicious. I did not get sick.

Did not have a gluten free menu but immediately offered that they serve gluten free pancakes and gluten free bread (with a dedicated toaster). I had a delicious bacon cheeseburger with sautéed vegetables (no dedicated fryer so avoid anything fried).
