Not as celiac friendly as I would like, as none of the food is labeled and the menu is a little difficult to navigate. However, the manager was fantastic and took my allergy very seriously. She personally walked the kitchen staff through my order. So, just be sure to ask for the manager, as neither the hostess nor server really understood "gluten free". I didn't get sick, and I have severe celiacs. I would eat there again.

We stayed at the Sheraton during our visit at San Juan. We ate breakfast and supper here a couple of times. The staff new all about gluten free diet. They also had gluten free bread.
