No gluten free, no bread and little understanding of GF. Main course fish was dredged in flour and we were told it was safe. Potatoes deep fried and we were told pan cooked. Upon more investigation we learned they just do not give care to gluten-free. Avoid if celiac... the couple things we did have were quality of Applebee’s.
