Went here for the first time today and got a single scoop of strawberry in a cup. The single scoop is large and 2 generous scoops! They have a list of flavors with some allergens at the ready. The list is confusing as it has some marked with allergens as present and some marked without said allergen. I had to clarify a few times to determine what was gluten free. There are only a handful (around 7) of flavors that are gluten free. I was surprised that the chocolate flavor was not listed gluten free even though there were no gluten ingredients. Regardless, they have an allergen protocol and I’m doing fine almost an hour later!

Had a list of allergens for the ice creams at the ready but it appeared to focus on the top 8, so wasn’t clear barley/gluten was considered in making the list. Also couldn’t find ingredients for their hot fudge. I didn’t want to take more time questioning them given their ever-long line, so I chanced it on a cup of vanilla. They did scoop it from a fresh tub in back and brought it out as an allergy order before the other orders in my party; so it’s clear they’re trying to accommodate.

Staff knew about gluten and had a list of all items with allergies. Once ordered, all ice cream came from a fresh tub with a new scoop.
