The Sherpa Cafe has a lot of GF and Vegan options, marked on the menu. Safe for Celiacs like myself. The tikka masala is actually GF but not marked on the menu. The saag is too.

I’ve been to the one in Crested Butte quite a bit and the Gunnison location once. Great food and never get sick. Would recommend.
