Sherpa Restaurant

A friend who is local and eats here regularly had spoken with the staff in advance of our meal and they suggested majority of meals could be adapted or were naturally without gluten.

Nothing is listed on the menu as GF,VG or VE but all you had to do was ask and the staff would assure you what was available.

Had a very enjoyable meal and certainly none of the usual after effects of being 'glutened'

Sherpa is a fabulous Nepali/Tibetan restaurant. While they don't have a gluten free menu, their curries are gluten free. Last night my husband and I shared a delicious minced lamb appetizer and I had a wonderful dal bhat for my main. They also offer a reasonable wine list and the service is always very friendly. I would highly recommend Sherpa!
