Beautiful organic food with vegetarian options. Gluten free items clearly marked on the menu, including some desserts. Not a very big range but something to suit most preferences. We did not speak Japanese and the server didn’t really speak English but they did a great job of getting us what we wanted, made it very easy. There is a very cute buffet of different salad leaves which they offer as a freebie. Also clear soup but it wasn’t clear whether or not that was gluten free. The desserts were fantastic.

Had a really nice meal. The courses are examples and not all gluten free. But the staff explained it well and showed how you could combine a la carte options to create a gluten free meal. Staff doesn’t speak English all that well but they are very friendly and try to explain everything as best they can.
Was a nice meal with great taste! Would eat there again.

We had two gluten free meals - a vegan pasta and the fried chicken. My daughter liked both. They also have an option to add salad (and bread).
The menu is clearly marked with symbols for what is gluten free. They only have one or two desserts but we didn’t try them.

Got food that wasn’t gluten free. I checked to ask, and only after they served me the food did they tell me after we’d started eating the food that it wasn’t gluten free. I’m not very impressed with this place. By the grace of god, through prayer I healed very quickly but cross contamination here is very real despite it being advertised as a mainly GF shop. Please be careful when ordering here.

It was nice to find a gf designated menu. I am celiac but not vegan so many items were not something I would typically eat. Surprisingly I enjoyed my meal which included gazpacho , brown rice pasta and shiitake based burger. The rice bread was also delicious.

Not dedicated gluten free but I ate there as a celiac and no reaction. With your main dish you can access a small salad buffet as a starter. Ask for the dressing as most dressing have soy sauce and the soup broth had soy as well. It was not indicated, I asked the chef. Also there is bread with gluten at the buffet.

We were very hopeful when we saw the reviews. The place does have gluten-free options. But to have tried different gluten-free places in tokyo... this doesn’t build up to its price. The food is manly tastless, very simple and small protion. My friend was served her dish after 30 minutes and mine 30 minutes after her. Very slow service and staff speaks almost no english. If you look for gluten free in a country that had very little to offer, you can be safe to eat here but if you want a minimum of a culinary experience and taste, forget this place.
Yes
There were several GF menu options and a small salad bar.
