Shiki Hibachi Sushi

I visited for late lunch yesterday and split 4 sushi rolls with my gluten-intolerant Mom. Our server knew what Celiac was and right away brought out gluten-free soy sauce for us. Our sushi was great, especially the Alaska and AAC (avocado, asparagus, cucumber) rolls. Really fresh, well rolled sushi. I’m not sure about the rest of the menu—our server was really busy so I didn’t get a chance to ask.
