Our waiter, Grace, helped me to figure out what food was gluten free. Most of the sushi was or could be made gluten free. When I told her I was gluten free she even asked if I was celiac and I said yes and she said there was a button she could press to let the kitchen know. I got edamame, Alaska roll, and lemon salmon roll but with real blue crab. 10/10 would recommend
