Shiki Steakhouse and sushi & bar

No gluten free menu but the chef is knowledgeable about what simple rolls are gluten free and sashimi. They have gluten free soy sauce. They said the could do some rice dishes with gluten free soy sauce as well but I have stuck to the rolls and sashimi and have been fine.

Many of the sushi rolls are gluten free and the fried rice can also be done with gluten free soy sauce. They label the to go soy sauce containers clearly so you feel confident it’s the right one. Sauces can be placed on the side as well if you are sharing with a gluten eating person 🤣
