They are all training in the difference between celiac disease and gluten intolerant and many of their rolls are now gluten free. I’ve been eating here for years as one of their sushi chefs has always been well versed in celiac disease. Now they all are.
The options in the questions did not work. I was unable to select from the multiple choice. They r well trained. I am very confident that that they are well trained in cross contact. The menu items are marked as gluten free on the main menu.
