Delicious beef, but even with a native speaker explaining, the staff is not very knowledgeable about what gluten is. They only do set course meals and 3 of the appetizer courses had yuzu (a sauce which contains soy sauce). Luckily I was there with my husband who can eat gluten, so was just able to eat the beef and rice, but definitely wouldn’t go here on my own.
