Review of Shinbashi

Almost nothing is GF other than white rice, some sashimi, and a certain seafood stir fry. I assume they use glutenous soy sauce and have cross contamination issues.

They used to have more GF options - not sure what changed.

Waitress was knowledgeable and apologetic
