According to their website they are changing over to a different mission and are no longer a cafe 😢

They have a GF menu and the waiter was very helpful. He double checked with chef to be sure the burger was GF without a bun. The double patty was served on a bed of romaine and was absolutely delicious! I had the Asian salad as a side.

Shine cafe takes extra precautions to prevent cross-contamination, such as cleaned pots, pans, utencils. Most of the menu can be prepared GF. They even have GF quiche and desserts. One of the friendliest places I have ever eaten at. Fresh ingredients from local sources whenever possible. I eat there regularly and I am Celiac.
