I used to be ok for GF here, always got assurances from wait staff and counter staff but in the last 2 years, every time I have ordered the most basic kind of GF pad Thai, I get sick. This has been a handful of times over 2 years, so I've realized them not me. (-: Lots of other positive things about the place but caution on cooked GF dishes. That said, I am very sensitive, and can't do GF beer, for example. There is not a separate GF menu.
I had a tough time here. I went with two other gluten free people and they were fine, but I got very sick after. There is no gluten free menu. When we explained that we needed gluten free, there was a lot of confusion.
Unfortunately they had no GF menu and did not know what gluten meant. They started calling management to find out. No GF soy sauce, no separation, no knowledge of the meaning of the terms. Avoid.
This is our favorite restaurant in the universe. The waitress knows every ingredient in every dish, and we always feel great after eating there. We have celiac, and if the kids want to try something new, she always comes up with a like alternative if it contains gluten. Family friendly, gluten free soy sauce, delicious food!
They were great and able to customize the rice for gluten free
Excellent food and knowledgeable staff. I’ve been three times and had the same waiter who knows exactly what I can and can’t have with Celiac, and is very careful to explain everything to me and offer off-menu items when appropriate. Lots of options, and gluten-free soy sauce.
