I haven’t eaten here for a while as Covid took a toll on inside dining. As a celiac I trusted this place from day one. I used to Oder sushi and pad Thai form here. The owner Mia was very attentive to my allergy.
Tonight read some recent reviews and they weren’t so good. I opted to try it for myself again. I used the online web order. They have a spot on the order page to type in gluten free allergy. Tonight I ordered the beef fried rice, chicken pad Thai, and drunken noodles w chicken. All the food tasted great and I had no reactions and didn’t set sick.
Def will return.
I used to be ok for GF here, always got assurances from wait staff and counter staff but in the last 2 years, every time I have ordered the most basic kind of GF pad Thai, I get sick. This has been a handful of times over 2 years, so I've realized them not me. (-: Lots of other positive things about the place but caution on cooked GF dishes. That said, I am very sensitive, and can't do GF beer, for example. There is not a separate GF menu.
This is our favorite restaurant in the universe. The waitress knows every ingredient in every dish, and we always feel great after eating there. We have celiac, and if the kids want to try something new, she always comes up with a like alternative if it contains gluten. Family friendly, gluten free soy sauce, delicious food!
