The owner & manager are very knowledgeable about gluten sensitivities. The food is fresh and amazing! One of our favorite places to go!

Most amazing fresh sushi! GF soy sauce. Substituted cooked shrimp for imitation crab. Server wasn't knowledgeable but manager/owner was. I felt fine after and will definitely go back.
