Had a really nice meal here. Staff read our gf explanation card and the chef came over a couple of times to make sure we were clear on what my son could have. He also brought over an English menu of the gluten free choices. We were given some edamame whilst waiting which were tasty. My son had the Tokachi grazing pig which was like Iberia ham but melt in your mouth tender and lamb chops and charcoal grilled Shintoku chicken Tokachi racketeering cheese both of which were tasty. The portions aren’t huge and they arrive in a relatively random order. Overall though a nice meal and surroundings. It is on 5th floor so you have to take the elevator on the outside of the building.

Delicious food, friendly staff and a dedicated “Gluten Free Customer Menu” in English. Order through the QR code, super easy. A little difficult to find; it’s the 5th floor

Used google translate to help communicate with the chefs, they double checked everything with me. I ended up translating ‘serve me your best gluten free dish’. They served an amazing cheese board platter that they cooked in front of you on a little portable cooker and then some beautiful lamb chops but sauce contained gluten so just had them salted. Very cute place take this little small elevator up.

This place listed on TripAdvisor that they were gluten free so I gave it a shot and they were sooo helpful! They were able to identify what was and was not gluten free. And since most dishes are brought to the table in their own skillet there seems to be a very low risk of cross contamination.
It’s basically a fondue restaurant with various meats and veggies covered in cheese. Very greasy but no symptoms afterwards and I had a very filling dinner!
