Shire Gluten Free

Made the trip to Mosman on the last day of a visit to Australia. As advertised, lots of frozen items (puff pastry dough, pizzas, and savoury stuff if I remember correctly). Fresh baked goods included meat pies, sausage rolls and sweet stuff: biscuits, bars, sweet buns, etc. Impressive amount of variety, but I’ll admit generally less appealing to me than the relatively smaller variety of things available at Wholegreen. Great to have a dedicated GF outlet north of the CBD, but this was a second in my mind to the two Wholegreen cafes I spent time in while here.

All the products in the shop are GF. Most are frozen with some fresh baked goods. We bought some products we hadn’t seen anywhere else. The prices are high - I saw some products that I can buy from my local fruit grocer for $5 less. Nonetheless, it’s great to have a dedicated GF shop.

Amazing 100% GF shop that serves fresh baked goods. Fantastic range of bread that tastes like normal bread.
