Review of Shizen Ya Restaurant

Very good sushi and friendly staff. They have an organic/healthy vibe...all rolls are served with brown rice, and they also cater to vegetarians. Gluten free menu items are clearly marked, and they will bring you your own bowl of gluten free soy sauce. I had the Spicy Salmon Roll, Negitoro Roll (tuna belly), and California Roll (with real crab). All were very fresh and yummy. They were all pretty simple and straight forward, so if you’re looking for some crazy combinations, this is probably not the place. All in all I would go there again.
