Awesome service with real Japanese servers and food. The wait staff give you a separate soy sauce and the menu has clearly marked items w GF. I tried hijiki which is room-temp chickpeas w spiky brown seaweed. Mild in flavor. I also had a tuna roll and a salmon roll that come with organic brown rice inside. The rolls are cheap $3 and small. We also had steamed edamame. My hubby who eats gluten had chicken n rice. I posted pics. The restaurant is small, but I'll be back.
