I went to this burger shop 3 times during my stay in Kanazawa. I never felt sick and the staff were so lovely and very kind. I ordered it in a lettuce wrap with no sauce. I thought the burger was great plain. I was turned down by a couple restaurants in the area so this is definitely good spot if you just need something quick to eat.
Was here this evening 2024.08.19 and did not find anything to eat. Nor rice bun and the meat is cooked in the same grill where standard bread is heated. So: no dinner for me.
Was able to show gf Japanese translation card and got the lettuce wrapped burger w no sauce. Super juicy yummy burger but a little overpriced IMO

They helped me at the kiosk to make sure my burger had no contact with buns or anything super friendly
Burger restaurant with lettuce wrap. This place is definitely worth it. They didn’t have a gf bun but you can choose a lettuce wrap which was delicious. However with the option you can’t choose the vegetarian burger as far as I could find.
