Scared me to death. I am very cross contamination sensitive so I was nervous about going. My waitress was very knowledgeable. But then my food was brought out by another waiter. I ask him for a gluten-free soy sauce and he brings me a bottle different from the one on the table but I read the bottle and it says wheat in the ingredients. So I don’t use it and my waitress comes back and tell her this bottle says it’s not gluten-free. She says it’s likely it’s gluten-free because they just wash and refill jars. But it is possible it’s filled the wrong sauce there’s no way of knowing. She get me sauce from the back from the big container that’s gluten-free but there’s no way to know forsure your getting a safe meal.
