I had a great experience here. They confirmed I was a gf for allergy/celiac reasons and needed to avoid cross contamination. They then made my food first to avoid cross contination, telling me each ingredient- just so that I had no doubt everything was gf (since hibachi typically uses unlabeled bottles for condiments and such). They have tamari to use instead of soy sauce and the chef was incredibly knowledgeable about what was/was not gf. They were very accomodating and I no issues after eating here!
