When I called and asked if it would be safe for me to eat here with a celiac gluten allergy, they said there is no way they could protect against cross contamination. Ie: change gloves, use clean and separate cooking utensils and clean surfaces.
I did not eat their food since they said there was no way for them to avoid cross contaminating it. They said “there’s no way to wash all that stuff”. That is sad to me considering they would have my business if they would only change their gloves, use different utensils and wash their cooking surfaces (I feel like this should be done frequently anyway). Very disappointing.
