Technically you can eat a GF meal here but it will be expensive and bland.
We asked before arriving if they had gluten free options and they assured us they do. It turns out that means plain versions (without sauce or other flavour) of some of their simpler dishes like chicken skewers. They don’t even have GF soy sauce or Tamari in house for sushi.
Food and service were outstanding! Almost (but not all) of the extensive menu could be made Glutenfree. Staff was very knowledgeable. GF tamari was served with sushi and sashimi. The cold shucked scallops were a highlight!
