Terrible experience. I have been to Shophouse many times and always enjoyed the concept and flavors. However, I ate there recently and was sick immediately. I contacted customer service, who did not seem concerned about it. I do have Celiac and it could have been a reaction to cross-contamination.

Just opened at the mall. Great food, all GF and dairy free, too. I liked my meatballs, but will return for more of the steak sample I had. Atmosphere is similar to Chipotle (who owns this). Nice to have such a generous offering in a chain.

I brought my mom and sister here who have Celiacs, I also have celiacs. Everything there is gluten free except for the wraps and spring rolls. My sister is also very picky about what she eats, and loved it.
