Review of Shoryu Ramen

Incredibly impressed by this ramen chain in London! I am a coeliac and finding good meals abroad can be difficult. I asked about GF options, and they had a specific staff member who is trained in allergens and therefore deals with specific customer needs. She explained all of the options (which included a book with full ingredient lists) and I happily ordered. I then witnessed her walk up to the chefs with the order and explicitly discuss changing the water, etc. for cross contamination. And incredibly enough, the food was good too! I will definitely be back.
