I called and they do not have a gluten free menu. They do not have a separate fryer for their wings, etc.

Although not noted on their menu, they have GF alternatives for many things including tacos. The Surfer Rosa tacos are a staple and I was able to get them with corn tortillas. Apparently they offer GF options with their pizzas too, but I've never tried them. If there's something you're interested in but doesn't seem GF on the menu, just ask the server. They seem happy to accommodate.

The is not a gluten free establishment, nor are they fully knowledgeable about gf cross contamination issues. They claimed to use separate sauce and ingredients for their pizza to avoid contamination but they do not put the pizza on a protective mat inside the pizza oven, so contamination will occur here. They said they start cooking their pizzas in a tin of some sort but then take it out and finish cooking it on the floor of the pizza oven. Realizing that a celiac couldn’t eat the pizza here, we asked about other gf menu options. They said they really weren’t sure which other menu items were gluten free and suggested a cauliflower wrap sandwich or a salad. When asked about a sauce that was out on one of the salads and the salad dressings, they had no idea which were gluten free, nor could they say which wraps would be gluten free. We offered our apologies for not ordering and left. This is yet another restaurant that is “gluten free for show” and not safe for Celiacs.

every pizza and wrap can be put on a cauliflower bun or cauliflower crust. staff is knowledgeable about allergies and makes sure the kitchen is well aware and changes gloves.

Shotti’s has a big menu with a lot of variety for everyone to get something they like. They have wood fired pizzas including gluten free cauliflower crust which is very good. All of their wraps can be put in a gluten free wrap which is very good as well. The adoption ally have salads, wings, burgers, Raman, and more. Lots of vegetarian options as well
