While they say they’re knowledgeable about gluten allergies on the menu, most staff were unaware. I asked my server what options were gluten free, and he said “all of them” when there were clearly flour tortillas all over the menu. I spoke with another server who seemed to have a better grasp - he said the enchiladas and fajitas were the best gluten free options - however I don’t think this is a safe spot for anyone with celiac even if some options are gluten free.
There wasn’t anything celiac safe. Everything fried was contaminated and corn tortillas were cooked on the stovetop with the flour ones. The server was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind, but we didn’t eat there. The hostesses were not knowledgeable. Rated 3 for their service but lack of options. Did not eat there.
