Pushkin’s is amazing! I have been back 3-4 times and have only lived in the area a little over 2 months. You do need to be prepared to wait for a table—I have primarily gone for a late lunch on the weekend and Pushkin’s is extremely busy. However, once you are seated, the staff are on top of everything.
I am in love with the deconstructed lox—the smoked salmon is amazing and fresh, and the bread is perfect. They have a vegan menu, but also delicious bacon if you eat meat. Everything is fresh and portion sizes are actually appropriate where you walk away full but not stuffed. Pushkin’s deserves five stars and then you add that it is a dedicated gluten free facility.
Also, while I hate to advertise this because I want to keep them all to myself, the mud pie cookies are heaven!
