Amazing staff - very knowledgeable on Coeliac friendly options. Online Menu that allows you to filter by allergen. GF soy sauce available. Plus separate individually wrapped wasabi and ginger provided. Loved this restaurant. Would highly recommend. Ate here 3 times during my stay. Consistently excellent.
