They do have a gluten free corn pasta, the penne. Good texture, couldn’t even tell the difference! They asked if my gluten-free order was preference or allergy, I stated preference; I’m non-celiac gluten intolerant. Both my partner and I had the penne in two different dishes, one cream-based and one tomato-based. Both tasted phenomenal! FYI, they brought out buns before the entrees, which I did not know would be brought to the table. I also did not ask if the sauces had gluten in them.

They have a corn rotini to replace any wheat pasta. You cannot have the meatballs or any cream sauces as they contain wheat. They didn’t have the best options in my opinion. Not my fave, would choose not to return although it was tasty.
