Got glutened. Manager and server both assured me they had protocol in place to avoid cross contamination. I didn’t feel confident when my meal arrived and was not marked GF. I ate a couple bites (dumb) and then stopped.
I am asymptomatic but did a Gluten Detect test the next morning—POSITIVE for gluten. Only other meals that day were in my GF home….eggs, yogurt, fruit.
