Absolutely excellent and celiac safe! The GF dough is made and packaged separately first thing each morning to prevent cross contamination. My very symptomatic 2 year old had no issues and both my husband and I thought it was delicious. Definitely will be back.

Three words: Gluten. Free. Sourdough. This is one of my friend’s favorite spots for gluten pizza, so when I saw GF on the menu I called them ahead & asked about their preparation practices. For gluten free pizza, they have a separate prep area, change their gloves & use different pans. First off, the crust is deep dish & fluffy, soft on the inside & crunchy on the outside. You can taste the sourdough! The size of the pizza is also impressive for gluten free, coming with 8 large slices. My friend tried some of my pizza & said there was no difference in flavor or texture in comparison to the gluten, which is rare to hear! I did not get sick & I’m so happy to put this place on the map for my fellow celiacs! I can’t wait to return.
